We, as a dynamic professional childcare team, are committed to providing a healthy, safe and fun learning environment for the children, families and communities at L’Ecole Bilingue, so that the children in our care experience a stimulating environment where their physical, intellectual, emotional, social and creative needs are enriched.

We operate before and after regular school hours out of the main assembly room on the south side of the building. Come say hi!
We believe that a caring program is based on clear, positive and ongoing communication between home and centre, individual attention and nurturing by the centre staff, explanation and use of positive, consistent and appropriate methods of guidance.
How Kindercare operates
L’Ecole Bilingue Kindercare Society was founded in 1990. It operates separately from L’Ecole Bilingue, with its own administration, programming and policies. (L’Ecole BIlingue administration cannot answer questions about our waitlist or policies. Please see this page for more information about our waitlist)
Our hours are typically from 7:30-9:00 and 3:00-5:45. We are open on professional development days and for one week during spring break.
Kindercare employs a full time executive director that manages administration and the childcare staff. It has a board comprised of parents of current students that volunteer their time by providing strategic, fundraising and operational support.
Another non-profit organization, La Garderie, provides grade 4-7 care for L’Ecole Bilingue students and operates separately from Kindercare, with its own policies and waitlist procedures.
